Cadets Participate In Community Service

Hope & A Future is a local organization serving kids in the Arizona foster care system. The program aims to help these kids to reach their potential by offering summer camps, mentoring in life skills, and college scholarships.

Every year Hope & A Future teams up with the Arizona Rattlers to invite kids in the program to attend a game. Activities before the game include bounce houses, face painting, sign making, and other things.

This years event was attended by hundreds of kids. Cadets from Civil Air Patrol were on hand to help with the activities and then to attend the game. Willie Composite Squadron was represented by C/Amn Michael Cook, C/SrA Jordan Buck, C/TSgt Gideon Bialach and C/Maj Jacob Kottraba.
